MetaHeight Travels (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent travel agency operating the website https://uk.metaheighttravels.online. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Independent Agency — No Airline Affiliation
We are an independent travel agency. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any airline. We act as an intermediary to help you search and book travel provided by third-party airlines and suppliers. All airline names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify their services.
3. Bookings, Prices & Fees
- Fares and availability are not guaranteed until a ticket is issued.
- Prices may change due to airline pricing, taxes and currency before ticketing.
- Any service fee we charge is disclosed in full before you pay and is separate from airline charges.
- You are responsible for reviewing your itinerary, passenger names and travel details for accuracy before confirming.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate passenger names matching government-issued ID/passport.
- Ensure you hold valid travel documents, visas and health requirements for your trip.
- Check airline rules for baggage, check-in times and restrictions.
- Arrive at the airport with sufficient time as advised by the airline.
5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the operating airline’s fare rules and our Refund Policy, together with your statutory rights under UK consumer law and UK air passenger regulations (UK261). Please see our Refund Policy, Flight Changes and Cancellations pages for details.
6. Financial Protection (ATOL)
Flight-only tickets issued immediately are generally not ATOL protected. Where your booking is a flight-inclusive package, it may be protected under the ATOL scheme administered by the Civil Aviation Authority. We will confirm in writing what protection, if any, applies to your booking before you pay.
7. Limitation of Liability
As an intermediary, we are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or services of any airline or third-party supplier. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the service fee you paid to us for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Intellectual Property
Content on this website is owned by or licensed to MetaHeight Travels and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
9. Governing Law & Complaints
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Specific governing law and venue should be confirmed by legal counsel before use.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is posted on this page with its effective date.
